Etter suksessen verden over vil Tokio Hotel straks ta med seg HUMANOID på en stor turné gjennom Europa. Fra 22. februar 2010 vil deres science-fiction-rocke opus komme til live i 32 byer.
På de største arenaene vil et helt nytt sceneshow bergta og imponere publikum. For denne anledningen har Tokio Hotel jobbet med scenedesigneren Misty Buckley. Vokalist og stil-ikon Bill Kaulitz vil sammen med tvillingene Dan og Dean fra DSQUARED sette sammen showet visuelt. Nylig viste de sine kunnskaper gjennom å gjøre Britney Spears verdensturné ”The Circus” om til en fasinerende fashion runway. I tillegg til deres nye album HUMANOID vil de fire gutta selvfølgelig også fremføre noen av sine gamle hits. 23. og 24. oktober vil en vil et begrenset antall billetter legges ut for salg gjennom iTunes. Alle gjenværende billetter vil selges som normalt over hele landet. Dette er Tokio Hotels fjerde Europaturné og bandet er midt i planlegging og forberedelsesprosessen av sin ”Welcome to Humanoid City” turné. Det vil uten tvil bli det mest spektakulære live showet fra Tokio Hotel noen sinne!

Tokio Hotel til Oslo 3. mars

TOKIO HOTEL er Bill Kaulitz (vokal), Tom Kaulitz (gitar), Georg Listing (bass) og Gustav Schafer (trommer), og historien om dem er som manuset til en suksessfilm. Vokalisten og gitaristen er eneggede tvillinger, og de to var bare 13 år gamle da de lagde sin første plate.

I 2008 startet norske fans en underskriftskampanje for å få gutta til Oslo, og vi fikk bekreftet Oslo Spektrum 7. april 2008. Konserten solgte ut på bare et par timer, men dessverre fikk vokalisten Bill Kaulitz problemer med stemmebåndet sitt, måtte operere og konserten i Oslo ble kansellert.

Tokio Hotel slapp sitt 3. album, «Humanoid» den 5. oktober. Første singel fra albumet heter «Automatic». Fortsatt emo, men også hardere enn tidligere. Mer gitarer, tyngre beats og inspirert av science fiction.

I forbindelse med deres nye album legger de ut på Europa-turné, og vi er glade for å kunne bekrefte

Den tyske suksessgruppen skulle spilt i Oslo spektrum i april i fjor, men konserten ble avlyst da vokalist Bill Kaulitz fikk problemer med stemmen. Bakgrunnen for den planlagte konserten var at norske fans hadde satt i gang en underskriftskampanje for å lokke dem til Norge. Fansen som ble skuffet får nå en ny sjanse til å oppleve dem live. Ifølge en pressemelding fra Live Nation er det nemlig satt opp konsert i Valhall Arena 3. mars neste år.

Valhall har en kapasitet på 13.000 mennesker ved konserter. Den planlagte konserten i Oslo spektrum ble utsolgt på et par timer. Bandet er for tiden aktuelle med tredjealbumet «Humanoid», og platen finnes i både engelsk- og tyskspråklig utgave. Bill Kaulitz, Tom Kaulitz, Georg Listing og Gustav Schafer startet Tokio Hotel i 2001, og de har solgt flere millioner plater i løpet av karrieren.

Ifølge Live Nation starter billettsalget førstkommende mandag.

Birthe som eide www.tokiohotelnorge.net fikk vite hin dagen at det var 99% sansynlighet for at tokio hotel ville komme til Norge i 2010.

Heisann folkens, lenge siden sist.
Vet ikke om mange av dere husker meg, men drit i det. Jeg er bare her for å si at det er en 99% sjanse for at bandet kommer til Oslo i 2010. Oslo konserten vil da mest sannsynlig skje etter stockholm og Helsinki konsert, og sikkert før Danmark konsert, så følg med! Selvom jeg ikke er lenge i fanbasen får jeg fremdeles informasjon, og tenke dere kanskje ville vite dette LiveNation holder på med prosessen av bookingen av bandet akkurat nå.

I natt skrev tokio hotel på Z100 chat i Amerika at de vil komme til Norge! :D Takk til Elina på THUS forumet for å qoute det.

Og jeg har ikke mye tid om dagen. Som dere kanskje ser, lite oppdateringer selv om at det skjer mye i tokio hotel verden. Men det får dere bare leve med, dere få skjekke litt andre TH blogger framover for å holde dere 100% oppdatert. Men måtte bare oppdatere dere norske fans med dette :D

Nazan: We are already used to this kind of footage...Tokio Hotel Germany's Export Number 1...now they have been awarded with Platin in Athens..and of course even there they couldn't hardyly save themselves of screaming fans. But who have thought it...that just the beloved Twins, Bill and Tom Kaulitz got bullied at school. Their stepfather even had to pick them up from school, to keep them from trashing. For the first time they talked to my colleg Eva Kreutz about their most difficult period in their life

Speaker: Until now their childhood was a treasured secret. Never before we have been so close to the Twins. Bill and Tom have always been inseparable, which became a bit later their problem.

Bill: I guess...this has also influcened it..that we looked for a while totaly the same...and then it started...yes...that we relatively quickly wanted to put on our own style...

Speaker: The Twins devolped their unique own style, which had appealed to their east-german home Loitsche far from good.

Tom: Ey...he has red bootlace...you bloody communist

Speaker: Their classmates didn't leave them alone..even their family was in fear for them

Bill: Very often our stepfather had to pick us up...with the dog and a baseball bat

Tom:Also in the morning...in the schoolbus...there have always been some batteries..nobody cares about the other...it was truely a cold mood

Bill: At such moments we had been incredibly happy to have eachother....that we had always been together...so nobody could snap us somewhere alone...

Speaker: But not only the classmates had been cold-shouldering Bill....

Bill: There were some teachers, who said to me...I don't teach you the way you look....You are not allowed to go to the gym class pierced and with makeup .

Tom: We have never shown them, that this was a tough time for us. On the face of it...we have always been very strong and dominant. We have never allowed them to get us down....

Speaker: Todays success prove them right. Meanwhile their look has become some kind of signature....Their expierences of getting bullied have shaped them...and keep them on the ground even in this very succesful times

Bill: At such moments...you realize how huge this is...and then you are sometimes out of breath...it is like..that i already think....

Speaker: Either you love or you hate them...The Tokio Hotel boys had to learn this very early..nevertheless they don't want to spoil their success..finally they have struggeld for it for years.

Det begynner å bli varmt her inne! Bill, Tom, Gustav og Georg prøvde seg som kokker og satte sammen en merkelig saus! BRAVO viser deg de morsome bildene..

Forsiktig, varmt og fet! Tokio Hotel gutta viste fram en kokke-opptreden på det spanske TV-Show "El Hormiguero". I foran programleder Pablo Motos [44], Bill [20], Tom [20], Gustav [21] og Georg [22] kokte de Pasta à la Tokio Speciale - Nudler med en underlig saus.

Derfor rørte rockerene en masse ketchup, sennep, melk, rå løk og rød pepperoni i en gryte. Når programlederen smakte den fryktelige sausen var han svært entusiastisk. Men liker han virkelig bedervet nudler og ekstremt skarp saus? Neppe. I det minste var den forferdelige maten kjøttløs - fordi det er hvordan de dyreelskende tvillingene Bill og Tom [De har fire hunder: 2 Dachshund, 1 Doberman-Labrador mongrel og 1 German Shorthair] liker deres mat.

"Vi er vegetarianere" avslørte Bill i et BRAVO-intervju. "Vi liker enkelt bare mat uten kjøtt. Vår favoritt mat er pasta med Tomat-Krem-Saus og Pizza. Du trenger egentlig ikke kjøtt i disse rettene." Tvillingene ga også opp på deres elskede burgere. "Det er veldig vanskelig, men vi kommer oss igjennom dette," forsikrer Tom oss.

Selv Georg tiltrer dem: "Jeg spiser for det meste vegetar mat - det er nok av vegetarisk mat på tour", forteller bassitsen. Gustav er den eneste som ikke er glad i grønnsaker: "Jeg liker ikke det og jeg vil ikke tilpasse meg", tydeliggjør trommeslager. Tom er ikke overrasket over hans staheten: "Til frokost spiser Gustav allerede 15 strimler med bacon!"

A brilliant start : Tokio Hotel rushed with their new CD "Humanoid" from zero to one in the german album charts. . After "Scream" (2005) and "Room 483" (2007), it is already the third number-one for the Magdeburger in the album-charts, as reported by media control.

Together with other new releases Tokio Hotel burn a real firework of new products : So Scooter rushed with "Under The Radar Over The Top" on second place - a new career record for the techno troupe. With Nena in third place, who relies on the quality of "Made in Germany", is the platform firmly in the hands of national artists.

On fourth place Kiss with "Sonic Boom". The last time the U.S. Band reached such a good chart position was in 1980 with "Unmasked“ The new quintet of top is completed by „Ärzte“ frontman Bela B. and his second solo album, "Code B".

Hamburg (dpa) - The young rockers Tokio Hotel will be on tour with their new album "Humanoid" in February 2010, through European cities. The first cities in Germany will be Hamburg and Oberhausen, said the manager, David Jost, to DPA. This dates will follow with Paris, Brussels, Helsiki, Vienna, Prague, Moscow, Nice, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Milan and Rome. The exact dates and places will be announced in the next few days.

Tokio Hotel's Bill Kaulitz and Tom Kaulitz explain 'robotic' theme in 'Humanoid', share their interest to tour with Jay-Z and something about the band that fans probably haven't known yet.

Having a new album "Humanoid" coming out across United States on October 6, Tokio Hotel exclusively explain to AceShowbiz how they evolve from their previous effort "Scream" to this new one. They also address 'robotic' theme on the effort.

In addition, they share about their touring plan. Twin brothers Bill Kaulitz and Tom Kaulitz reveal that they would love to have Kings of Leon, La Roux, The Prodigy or even Jay-Z as supporting acts when the band embark on a tour which is planned to be kicked off next year.

Moreover, they also open up about their crazy fans encounter and a funny fact about Georg Listing.

ASB: It's been two years since you dropped your first album. What do you think change in terms of your music direction?

Bill: After a really long time we started writing songs again which was a very liberating feeling! We wanted to listen to our inner voice again and find out what we feel.

Tom: We have tried more stuff, added new instruments and Bill and I co-produced the album. We sort of broadened the Tokio Hotel sound and are stuffed with pride about the new album. I'm going to buy myself a copy right when it's out.

ASB: Judging from its title, cover art, lead single and its music video, you guys kind of go 'robotic' for "Humanoid". Are you obsessed with robots this time?

Bill: It wasn't our intention in the beginning but more and more people mentioned it to us and now we realized: Yes, we do like science fiction and robots.

Tom: We hope we will experience one day how real robots will be part or our lives.

ASB: Many of the album's songs got leaked, how do you feel about that?

Bill: As an artist who puts so much effort and heart into a production and writing songs it's sad, it makes you feel kind of naked. Especially since these leaked songs haven't even been the finished versions.

ASB: Many rock bands apply Auto-Tune into their songs. Do you also utilize this music trend in the album?

Tom: We don't necessarily follow trends but for this album we tried some stuff we haven't done before.

ASB: So the video for "Automatic" was shot in South Africa. Any idea where would the next one be?

Bill: It really depends on the treatment and the idea. This step comes first and then we pick the country.

Tom: We would love to shoot in the U.S., that has always been a dream of ours.

ASB: Why were there so little shots of Georg [Listing], Gustav [Schafer] and Tom in the "Automatic" video?

Tom: Well, I'm simply the best looking band member! I would steal everyone the show had they featured me more in the video! And about Georg: nobody wants to see his hair [smile].

ASB: You said embarking on a world tour is something that you want to do in the future. Do you think it's happening with the new album?

Bill: Absolutely! We hope to travel the world with this album and play in countries like Japan which we still haven't seen. This is one of our biggest dreams. We also plan to return to the US and do another big tour in 2010.

ASB: Who do you picture will take the road as your supporting act if that plan happens?

Bill: If I would have the choice I would either take Kings of Leon, La Roux or The Prodigy.

Tom: Jay-Z would be great too.

ASB: You traveled from one city to another for your road show, what is the favorite place that you wish to include again in your new tour?

Bill: Every city has something special. We go wherever our fans want to see us.

Tom: We loved Las Vegas but we don't have a favorite place and there are so many cities left we haven't seen so far. Maybe we can tell you after the next tour.

ASB: Do you guys still get nervous when you're about to go on-stage? What would the band do minutes before doing a live concert?

Bill: I am doing my vocal excerises. An hour before the concert, we as the band always get together and lock ourselves in the dressing room to get ready for the show.

Tom: I am still totally nervous before going on stage. I don't think this will ever go away. Before the show we warm up and go through the songs.

ASB: What is the craziest fan encounter you ever had so far?

Bill: Our fans always do crazy things. One of the things I remember is that a fan named a real star after us as a gift. That was really something special.

ASB: So Tom changes the hair color and Bill goes more glamorous in the costume. What are you guys trying to say this time around?

Bill: We don't really think about our style, it just happens naturally. Tom and I dressed like this since we are kids and always fought for our own way - even though others didn't like the way we dressed or that I was wearing make-up sometimes.

Tom: We always say: Try being yourself and don't let anybody tell you what to do or to wear.

ASB: So the album is gonna be out in the U.S. on October 6 and the tour will follow. How do you guys find the time to have fun?

Tom: We have time off very rarely but if we do we try to do something special and we also spend time with our families and friends. On our birthday for example we rented an amusement park and spent the entire night on rollercoasters and had way too much popcorn.

ASB: Tell us something about the band that AceShowbiz readers probably haven't known yet!

Tom: Georg is doing 'big business' about 5 times a day ... [smile].

B: Sure. It had the right energy, the right atmosphere; we all agreed that it had to be the first single, that it was like the underlying theme of the whole album. Actually, it was one of the last songs we wrote for the album, but we immediately agreed.

I: So another question for you from Gerardo, as we don't just have girls' questions here. Bill, don't you think the electronic sound you've worked with in Humanoid penalizes your voice a bit, compared to the previous albums?
T: No, I'd rather say the guitar is actually the one that gets penalized. Not his voice.
I: Let's have a talk about technologies now. Who of you is fond of technology and the internet, and what do you like doing in the web?
B: I have to say, we're kinda old-fashioned for our age. We just do ordinary stuff in the internet... check our mails... Tom also has his blog now. A part from that.. we're no internet-freaks. Sure you read stuff, we're curious, we go read fans' reactions and suff..
T: We try to carry our fans along with us. As said, I have my blog to give them a vision on myself, what I love, what I'm interested in... and what I'm not. Then we have THTV, following us 24/7, to show people the way we are when cameras are gone, and we're just f***ing around.

I: Federica. She'd like to speak of love. How should a girl be to catch your attention immediatley? Not just phisically. What hits you the most, in a girl?
B: Ewww...
T: First of all, she has to get my sense of humor. Which is not easy. And then just generally...you just have to feel complementary, from the beginning. You can't really think of concepts. You immediately feel it, if you're on the same wavelength. It just has to feel right.

I: If each of you could choose to be the singer, or guitarist, or bassist or drummer of another band, for one day. Which band would it be? Also from the past.
B & T : Aerosmith
Ge: Oasis
Gu: Metallica.
I: Yeah fine. Interesting! Different tastes. Let's talk about Italy now. The previous question was from Antonella, this one is from Asia: would you guys like to write a song in Italian? Have you ever thought about that? Or: would you like to do a collab with an italian artist, and who?
B: The thing is, I''ve already have enough with my two languages, German and English, so there's no plan for that now.

I: Your career: were you not musicians, what kind of job would you be doing? Don't you ever think about a different life?
B: I can't imagine my life to be other than music, we have no B plan. We'd be jobless musicians, playing in some cheap club, in front of just few people...
T: I can think of three other jobs: Policeman. Lazy policeman, sure. Lawyer. Or Porno star.
I: Oh! Ok. That was clear even without translating.

I: Something curious: Bill, Ludovica says you have a tattoo saying: we'll neve stop screaming, we'll go back to the origins. What origins are those? Have you reached them yet, or how far are you from getting to them?
B: Well... I think it's a bit too complicated to explain. It's something very personal, just mine. I don't even think everyone could understand. But I haven't got back to the origins yet. I still need some years, but I'm very glad I can do it and I can't wait to.

I: This one is very cute. Alessia says: Bill, you once said that during the concerts it's like all the girls became one, screaming and singing along with you. Well, what is that girl like? How do you picture her in your mind?
B: Oh I don't have a fantasy girl or a dream girl, anything like that. I would't be able to answer if someone asked me what my ideal girl is like. I do believe in love at first sight, and I'll know it straight away when I meet the right one. To build one ex nove, I'm not even interested in that.

I: Now a question from Debora to Gustav: how and why did you come up with the idea of doing the wave at the end you your concerts?
Gu: I'm a typical soccer fan. And when you get to have a moment all by yourself, it's like a highlight.

How much do you feel the pressure of success?
Bill: It's there. But we're successful since almost 5 years. The fate, to end as an one-hit-wonder doesn't threaten us anymore. It's relaxing.

But your fanbase consists of Teenagers. And they're turning their back on something very quickly...
Tom: Our aim is to keep the Fans that we have. And we succeeced in doing so. Furthermore we aren't targeting our music to a special audience. A 15 year old can listen to "Tokio Hotel" as well as a 40 year old mother, as long as they have a good taste in music!

Bill, after a few weeks you changed your hairstyle...
Bill: ...and it's annoying that everytime I do something, people are making a big fuss about it. I like to experiment and I didn't like the dreadlocks anmyore. It took them almost a day to dry, after washing them. Super annoying!
Tom: Hair is a quirk of Bill. If I would not interfere, he would have dyed his hair platinum blonde and cut it army-style...

Are you scared that someday you won't be able to whithstand the pressure of the Showbiz anymore?
Bill: The danger is present and I can comprehend those wicked "falls" of other Stars. But Tom and I have a decisive advantage: We have us and the band. When I imagine, that I would have to stand all of this alone, then I wouldn't know if I could come out of this without some permanent damage to myself and where I would be today...

What experiences do you have with drugs?
Tom: Even we experimented and started with it at a very young age. Already at age 13 we had older friends with whom we hung out. There were some times where we drank a lot, smoked pot and smashed some pills out of boredom.
Bill: But it's in the past now! You need a lot of self-discipline to put 100% in your performance on stage and to not collapse under all this stress.
Tom: We party very rarely, but when we do then it get's pretty wild!

You're twins. Are you really that close to each other?
Bill: I would never get the idea to plan something without Tom. We're never seperated longer than two days. And even this is hell for me. We're like one person, we don't even need to talk to each other to know what the other is thinking right now. Tom and I will live together our whole life.

Tell us the truth: Sometimes even you get on your nerves, not?
Bill: Sure, it happens - but very rarely. When we fight, then we do it right: We swear and scream at each other. Then they all run for cover and leave the room. We know exactly which buttons we have to push, so that the situation escalates.
Tom: That's right, we irritate each other so much, until we want to punch the other in the face. And also do it.

"Tokio Hotel" is loved and hated: How do you handle hostility?
Tom: When somebody insults me, I insult him too. I get provoked easily. It was always like this, we never fit in - that's why a lot of people didn't like us. Already at school Bill and I had girlfriends which were older than us. I had a new one every day and Bill tried monogamy. It provokes other guys and makes them jealous. And I love it!

Bill, everybody always claims that you're gay...
Bill: I had to deal with this topic already permanently at school. Make-Up and a complex hairstyle on a boy - sure that a lot of people jump to conclusions. But hey, I'm not gay and if I were then I wouldn't have a problem to admit it...

Is there still no time for a girlfriend in your life?
Bill: No, because I want to love. But it just didn't happen yet.
Tom: And I don't want to settle down, I want to have as much fun as possible. There are too many beautiful girls out there. But maybe it's also because I've never been in love before.

What's the most annoying thing that comes with your celebrity status?
Bill: I'm missing spontaneity. I can't just simply go out to the cinema or to eat some ice-cream. Everything has to be planned for weeks. A life according to script. Sure, you get used to it after some time. But there are still some moments where I miss my former, completely normal, life.
Tom: There are few times, where we can just hang out a whole week. The business is constantly on the run. That's why, even when we're on vacation, we never let our thoughts drift away. Bill and I spent 2 weeks on the maledives and it was cool to laze on the beach. But in my head I was still thinking permanently about work. There isn't a day where we don't deal with "Tokio Hotel".
Bill: All in all, it's still completely ok like this. "Tokio Hotel" isn't a job, it's our life. And indeed a damn wicked life.

Shocking statement by Tokio Hotel brothers Bill and Tom. Already at the age of 13 Bill and Tom consumed drugs and alcohol.

That is no rolemodel character. The Tokio Hotel twins confess: "It has happened that we, out of boredom, drank, smoked pott and took pills", says guitarplayer Tom Kaulitz in a double interview with his brother Bill.

In the magazine Gala, the two 20year olds said: "We have also done some experimenting, and started pretty young with that". Already when they were 13 both magdeburger received drugs and alcohol through older friends.

Singer Bill says that these experiences are in the past. "Right now that is over"! his brother Tom describes the situation: "We only go out to party very seldom , but when we do, we really party!"

That statements like these are not a good example to younger/underage fans do not impress the twins. They don't have a particular target group: "Tokio Hotel can be heard by a 15 year old just as well as by their 40 year old mom."

Alessandro: They haven't added a new member: this is Inka, who is going to translate questions and answers for us.

Valentina. So, on October 2nd Tokio Hotel will release their new album, both in German and in English. Why an album in two languages?
Bill: Ehm. Actually we haven't even tought about it. [laughs] We found it natural to record the album in two languages, both in German and in English, so... in two languages.
Alessandro: And think that people star screaming since she started translating... It just took them to start talking for making the people here go crazy. It's long since they've been on stage. What have they done this last year?
Bill: Actually we were on tour all last year and we did a lot of performances. Then we wrote a lot for the new album: we wrote songs, produced and recorded for a long time. Now the production is finished and the album is ready.
Alessandro: It was only work, then. No holidays?
Bill: Not at all, I have to say. We haven't...
Tom (by inca): ...We haven't had time, but next time we'll come to Italy on holiday.
Alessandro: I saw some photos of them at the seaside. Bahamas, Seychelles...? Could it be a place of this kind? A beautiful place by the sea...?
Bill: Oh, to the Maldives, yes! We spent two weeks at the Maldives. Tom, we forgot about that! [laughs]

Valentina: "Automatic" is the title of the new album, "Humanoid" the title of the single. You are inspired by science-fiction...

Bill: "Humanoid" is the leitmotiv of the whole album. It's really good and it represents almost all the songs... all the album. So it's called "Humanoid".
Valentina: A lot of science-fiction, I meant. Ale, you're closer.
Alessandro: Well, it's a conversation among deaf-mutes. They're screaming so much... We're struggling to undestand them. The important thing is that Tokio Hotel are going to perform again on this stage in a while and then you'll be able to yell as much as you want. Thank you very much. We'll see you in a while.

5. oktober slipper bandet sitt nye album, Humanoid, som frontes av singlen ”Automatic”. Albumet vil være tilgjengelig i hele fem forskjellige versjoner: Standardutgave som inneholder tolv låter, deluxe-utgaven med fire ekstra låter samt en DVD med bl.a. karaoke-versjoner av ”Automatic og ”Forever Now And Noise!”. En egen super deluxe-versjon kommer også på både engelsk og tysk. Denne inneholder det samme som deluxe versjonen pluss et eget Tokio Hotell-flagg.

Actually it should stay a secret a little bit longer, but now Bill Kaulitz was caught with a new Hairstyle - the second change of his Look within a few weeks.

And it happened: Actually Bill Kaulitz wanted to surprise his Fans at their already longingly awaited appearance at "Wetten dass ..?" on October 3rd. But now Paparazzi caught him in Hamburg. The singer of the Band "Tokio Hotel" looks like a mix between David Bowie in "Labyrinth" and Sonic the Hedgehog from the "Game-Gear"-Game which was released in the 90's. Also his twin-brother Tom is rumoured to have a new, fresher look, but he still hides his hair under a cloth.

At "Wetten Dass...?" Bill, Tom, Gustav and Georg will present their new Single "Automatisch". For the Video "Tokio Hotel" also flew to America.
